A new name, built on proven foundations
Ignis Circular Ltd acquired and continues the operations of an established recycling business at the Canford Recycling Centre in Wimborne — an MBT (Mechanical-Biological Treatment) facility. Under new management since June 2026, we have brought everything across — the people, the plant and the permits — and invested over £1.25M in replacing outdated machinery with new systems and upgraded equipment.
Our philosophy is simple. The linear "take, make, dispose" model is finished. The future is circular: keeping materials, components and energy in productive use for as long as possible. The name Ignis Circular captures both halves of that mission — the energy we recover from residual waste, and the closed loops we create for everything else.

Our operations are based at the Canford Recycling Centre, a well-established, fully permitted MBT (Mechanical-Biological Treatment) facility on the edge of Wimborne. Incoming waste is mechanically sorted to recover recyclable materials, and the remaining organic fraction is biologically treated — reducing volume, cutting emissions and maximising diversion from landfill. We serve businesses and contractors across Dorset and the wider South.
